Our policy states that an employee must give written permission before any information relative to employment is released to banks, other establishments, or individuals. Thus, written permission is necessary unless a judicial order, a lawfully issued subpoena, Virginia Code or other law requests it.

Who will see my application?
Your application will be reviewed by the Human Resources Department, and then released for viewing by principals/supervisors seeking to fill positions.
Once I’ve filled out my application, can I change it?
Yes, you can go back into your application up to 25 days after initiating it.
How long will my application be active on your system?
Your application will be retained in active status for one school year.
Can I check on the status of my application?
AppliTrack will send you an automatic email when your application is submitted and complete. Please contact the Human Resources Department at 804-633-5088 with any questions or concerns about your application.
Are paper applications/resumes accepted?
Caroline County Public Schools has gone green! Only applications/resume submitted through AppliTrack are accepted. Please attach all documents (reference forms, Praxis scores, transcripts, etc). We do not accept any documents through the mail.
What about my reference letters?
Please upload/scan all reference letters and attach them to your application through AppliTrack.
Will I be contacted about my application?
After review, if your qualifications meet our needs, you will be contacted with further questions and a possible interview.
What happens after my interview?
If you are selected for a position, Human Resources will call you with an offer.
